Horizon: Emergency Management and Public Safety Leadership Program

The Horizon Program will offer two identical, standalone cohorts in 2026. Participants will enroll in one based on their preferences and schedule.

Each cohort features:

• A two-day in-person kickoff at McChrystal Group headquarters
• Five virtual sessions held every other Wednesday
• A one-day in-person graduation at McChrystal Group headquarters

The program features interactive modules, peer learning, a hands-on simulation, and networking with leaders across public safety and emergency management. Specific dates and module topics are listed below.
